The pool will be open this Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 11am-8pm weather permitting.
Pool passes from last year are still good until May 31, 2026. You will need to sign a new Waiver and verify that you are still a resident of Honeytree after the 31st.
Pool Pass Renewal Letter
In 2022, Honeytree Improvement Association implemented a new Activity Pass System to be used for all Social Activities as well as the pool facility. To get your pass you will need to show proof of residency in Honeytree Improvement Association and get your picture taken.

On Friday, May 15, 2026 you should have received an e-mail from HOA Central.
This new website contains a secure area that will be the primary means for communicating important notices.
Please sign-up with the registration code provided in the e-mail.
This platform will enable you to see your account ledger, make payments, set-up auto pay if you wish, rent the clubhouse, submit any ACC requests, receive notices about events, meetings and announcements, and will be the primary way to vote in your annual election.
Please check your e-mail for this welcome letter from HOA Central. Once registered, you can download the HOA Central App from the Apple Store or Google Store for Androids.

Starting January 1, 2026 Assessments will be $51.00 a month.
The Special Assessment of $16.00 is still in effect until September 1, 2026
LATE FEES OF $25.00 WILL BE APPLIED TO UNPAID INVOICES AFTER THE 16™H OF EACH MONTH.
